First
Reach out & say hello!
It’s never too early to start planning your session! Reach out through the inquiry form HERE (& answer a few questions so we know if we’re the right fit for ya!).
We’ll get a consultation call on the books—picture a 20 minute video call-slash-virtual coffee date so we can chat about your vision & hopes for your photos!
Once I’ve gotten the full picture of your wish list, I’ll create a customized package for you. Ready to make things official? Once you’ve signed the agreement & paid the retainer for your session, your date will be reserved on the calendar!
Second
Everything before the session
Once your session date is reserved, it’s time to start planning all the details of your session… but you don’t have to do it on your own!
I’ll come alongside you as your expert guide, helping you with everything from planning outfits for your entire family to deciding on the perfect location for your session during your design consultation meeting.
This is also when you’ll get to see & touch & feel different product samples so you can start to visualize what your finished images will look like after your session!
Third
No more forgotten online galleries
One of the most special parts of your entire experience is when you see all your beautiful images for the first time during your reveal session!
We’ll start off with a slideshow (we’ll keep the tissues handy 
). Then, I’ll guide you through choosing your favorite images and deciding which ones will be perfect for your album, your gallery wall, or smaller gift prints for your loved ones!
Finally, I’ll get to work designing & ordering your products… and before you know it, you’ll be enjoying your beautiful memories in your home every day… exactly the way they were intended.

Plus, it gives us a chance to get to know each other even better before your newborn session and helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera!

FAQs
It’s never too early to reach out about your newborn session! I only reserve a handful of newborn due dates each month, and our calendar typically books out several months in advance, so I recommend reaching out early in your second trimester!
I usually recommend my clients have their maternity photos taken between 30 and 35 weeks of a standard pregnancy. At that point, you’re rocking a beautiful, round bump, but aren’t at the point where you’re feeling extra tired and uncomfortable!
That being said, every pregnancy is different, and the right time may depend on how you’re feeling, whether or not you’re having any complications, or if you’re carrying multiples!
As a mom of two, I totally understand that due dates are really more of a guess! We’ll schedule a tentative date for your session based on your estimated due date when you book, and then after your baby is born, we’ll either confirm or adjust the date!
